Manaslu Trekking with Larke Pass – Trip Overview

Larke la pass is the highest point of view on the Manaslu Trek. This is a classic and difficult ancient salt trade route that connects Budi Gandaki with Manaslu in the Marsyandri valley to the Annapurna Region. The landscape of the Larkya Pass is simply the best Chuli, Himlung, Cheo himal, Larke Peak, Annapurna II and Mt. Manaslu. In addition, we descended through the beautiful alpine valleys of Bhinthang and Jagat, joined the classic Annapurna road map and returned to Kathmandu to end the exciting journey of Manaslu in the Himalayas.

After driving from Kathmandu through Aarughat, we start our Manaslu trekking from Lapubesi. Hiking along the Budhi Gandaki River, winding trails along the edge of the valley, crawling and climbing. Most of the Manaslu trekking area is known as the Nupri area, a region of the most influential region of Bangladesh, the trade routes between the regions. When we travel higher, the Hindu culture is replacing the Mani walls, the Buddhist characteristics of Khanyi gate and Chortens, and the changes in the terrain. This Manaslu trekking with Larke Pass area is a natural habitat for many wild animals, including snow leopards, gray wolves, moose, Himalayan sheep and blue sheep, with wide-open eyes. The trekking route in the lower part of the Manaslu has been rebuilt and affected by the earthquake of April 2015. But now this region is very safe place for trek.
